Avionics & Electrical Systems EngineerPerforms system and subsystem integration, technical risk assessments, technical planning, verification and validation, and supportability and effectiveness analyses of total systems throughout the system lifecycle. Analyses are performed at all levels of total systems product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specification.
Aircraft Technician (ABQ)Builds, repairs, and services aircraft and engine systems. Assembly of new production aircraft. Performs assembly, maintenance, rework, repair, replacement, or adjustment of various aircraft systems in accordance with technical specifications, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations. Conducts diagnosis of malfunctions. Maintains required records, manuals and inspection forms.
Aircraft Manufacturing Technician - StructuresPerform routine assembly in the form of work orders, routers, MWO’s, NCR’s accompanied by diagrams / oral and written instructions that cover sequence of operations and critical dimensions. The work consists of recurring steps that involve the assembly of parts, subassemblies, and larger components.
Material HandlerAccountable for Stockroom Organization including but not limited to, Storage of Parts and Materials, Shelf-life, Bin maintenance, Shipping Area including packaging material, equipment and general cleanliness. Perform Receiving Inspection duties in accordance with EAI Policies and Procedures under PC550 and/or Repair Station Guidelines. Complies and maintains documentation for parts, material and services received and sold. Disbursement of parts, materials, receipt of cores and unused products from EAI facilities and customers. Perform Cycle Counts and inventory reconciliations. Safely and accurately package, label and ship Parts, Materials and other goods such as Documents, Samples, Merchandise, and Tools to Customers, Suppliers, Government Agencies, and other EAI Facilities domestically and internationally. Use of Carrier based hardware/software programs (i.e., FEDEX and UPS) Identify and correctly label, package. Prepare International Shipments and Generate Documentation needed to clear customs for specific countries as required. Adhere to BIS (Bureau of Industry and Security) regulations and document ECCN (Export Control Classification Number) and end use of Material shipped outside of the United States or to a foreign recipient. Validate and document the physical condition of goods prior to packaging and shipment. Complies and maintains documentation for all shipments from EAI facilities.
Mechanical Systems EngineerThe employee in this position is expected to provide mechanical system design and analysis capability in support of the Eclipse 550 very light jet program. They will support changes to the existing design, create new designs in support of major design improvements and provide engineering liaison support to suppliers and manufacturing. They will act as a lead for mechanical systems related FAA certification projects. Must be a self-starter, able to understand the interactions between the different engineering disciplines and able to work in a cooperative, dynamic, team oriented environment.
Structural Design EngineerThis position will provide technical leadership for and participate in design projects resulting in FAA certification of new aircraft & aircraft systems. An employee in this position will create three-dimensional designs using Siemens NX inside a Teamcenter PDM in support of the existing Eclipse 550 and upcoming Eclipse 550 NG programs. Support includes, but is not limited to: changing existing design, creating new design in support of minor & major design improvements and providing engineering support to suppliers, manufacturing and other organizational functions. Individuals must be self-starting, able to understand the interactions between engineering disciplines, and able to work cooperatively in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
SAP Basis AdministratorGENERAL SUMMARY This role will be our main point of contact for all SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 concerns within the company as well as with our contracted SAP consulting firm. They will also be instrumental in the tracking and coordination of future upgrades (S/4 Hana) with the SAP consulting firm and is responsible for performing routine system checks to ensure all Eclipse end-users are working at optimal levels and engage with various departments.
